The outage on GasNet's Whanganui gas network ended on 21 February following the restoration of gas supplies to all affected consumers. The outage was due to water entering the network on 9 February from a leaking water pipe on St Johns Hill.
Any consumers whose supply was affected by the outage and still have no gas should contact GasNet at 349 2050 and we will arrange for our representative to relight your appliances.
