Further to your request of [ ] and our subsequent letter of confirmation dated [ ], I am pleased to offer distribution
services on the following terms.

1. The duration of the Distribution Services is for no less than [ ] years from the Commencement Date.
   
2. The charge for modifications to the Distribution System is [ ] and is based upon [ ].
   
3. The Transportation charges for receipt, transportation and delivery are as follows:
   3.1. Service charge $……….. per annum
   3.2. Supply charge $……….. per GJ
   
4. The Transport charges will be fixed for the term specified in 1 above subject to an annual adjustment for PPI/
   subject to annual review in accordance with the methodology (delete one).
   
5. The Commencement Date will be [ ] from receipt of offer acceptance.
   
6. This offer and any acceptance of it are subject to the terms of the Distribution Services Agreement between the
   System User and WGL. Where such an agreement already exists then, upon acceptance of this offer, that
   agreement shall automatically be deemed amended accordingly, with effect from the Commencement Date
   referred to above without the need for further amending documentation.
   
7. This Offer is valid for one month from the date of issue.
